Railtown 2001

 

We had a great time at Railtown in Fall 2001. The setting was beautiful with grass, trees and trains and several personal records were set that day.

The events included an anvil carry, partial deadlift, stone toss, log press, crucifix hold and train car pull. Kevin holds the record so far on the train pull of 55,000 pounds for 60 feet in 26.28 seconds. Charlie took first place over-all, with Kevin second place and Paul in 5th place. Joey Kaptur also competed in the Teen division, with Marty Geary, CJ Kaptur and Heather working support crew. An awesome tug of war took place on the lunch break.
